2025 Toast Vendor Registration

Description

You are invited to be an artisan vendor at the 2025 Toast Nebraska Wine Festival (tentatively) May 9-10, 2025, at Stinson Park in Omaha, NE. This is a celebration of Nebraska grapes and wine and is put together by the Nebraska Winery & Grape Growers Association and its members.

This festival features tastings and sales of Nebraska Wine, live music and food, and artisan vendors (no direct sales) and is a rain-or-shine outdoor event. We’re expecting about 4,500 attendees from Nebraska and other states who will have the opportunity to sample more than 100+ wines from the majority of the Nebraska wineries from across our beautiful state.

This is a strictly 21-and-over event; therefore, all vendors & support staff must be 21 or over.  No children or infants are allowed during event hours.

REFUND POLICY: All tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the NWGGA. Event details, dates, times, retailers, and wineries are subject to change.

By registering as a vendor for TOAST Nebraska, you acknowledge the contagious nature of the Coronavirus/COVID-19 and that the CDC and many other public health authorities still recommend practicing social distancing. You acknowledge that you must comply with all set procedures to reduce the spread while attending the TOAST Nebraska event. You and your staff/volunteers agree to release TOAST Nebraska, Nebraska Winery and Grape Growers Association, Nebraska Wines, Stinson Park, Noddle Companies, Advanced Association Management, affiliated partners, all affiliated and participating wineries, vendors, and sponsors from any liability or claim that you, your heirs, or any personal representatives may have against TOAST Nebraska, Nebraska Winery and Grape Growers Association, Nebraska Wines, Stinson Park, Noddle Companies, Advanced Association Management, affiliated partners, all affiliated and participating wineries, vendors, and sponsors with respect to any bodily injury, illness, death, medical treatment, loss or property damage that may arise from, or in connection to, any services received from TOAST Nebraska, Nebraska Winery and Grape Growers Association, Nebraska Wines, Stinson Park, Noddle Companies, Advanced Association Management, affiliated partners, all affiliated and participating wineries, vendors, and sponsors.
