2026 Spring Toast Vendor Registration

Description

You are invited to be an artisan vendor at the 2026 Toast Nebraska Wine Festival May 8-9, 2026, at Stinson Park in Omaha, NE. This is a celebration of Nebraska grapes and wine and is put together by the Nebraska Winery & Grape Growers Association and its members.

This festival features tastings and sales of Nebraska wines, live music and food, and artisan vendors and is a rain-or-shine outdoor event. We’re expecting about 4,500 attendees from Nebraska and other states who will have the opportunity to sample more than 100+ wines from the majority of the Nebraska wineries from across our beautiful state.

TOAST Nebraska is a strictly 21-and-over event for attendees. All vendor staff, employees, and volunteers who are serving, selling, or handling alcohol must be at least 19 years of age in accordance with Nebraska law.

Vendors who are not serving, selling, or handling alcohol (including food vendors, artisan vendors, and other non-alcohol vendors) must be at least 16 years of age. Vendors ages 16-17 must have written parental or guardian consent on file and must be supervised by an adult (21+) at all times during event hours. Vendors under 21 are prohibited from consuming alcohol during the event and must comply with all applicable Nebraska liquor laws.

No children or infants who are not working as approved vendors are permitted during event hours.

REFUND POLICY: All tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the NWGGA. Event details, dates, times, retailers, and wineries are subject to change.

By registering as a vendor for TOAST Nebraska, you acknowledge the contagious nature of the Coronavirus/COVID-19 and that the CDC and many other public health authorities still recommend practicing social distancing. You acknowledge that you must comply with all set procedures to reduce the spread while attending the TOAST Nebraska event. You and your staff/volunteers agree to release TOAST Nebraska, Nebraska Winery and Grape Growers Association, Nebraska Wines, Stinson Park, Noddle Companies, Advanced Association Management, affiliated partners, all affiliated and participating wineries, vendors, and sponsors from any liability or claim that you, your heirs, or any personal representatives may have against TOAST Nebraska, Nebraska Winery and Grape Growers Association, Nebraska Wines, Stinson Park, Noddle Companies, Advanced Association Management, affiliated partners, all affiliated and participating wineries, vendors, and sponsors with respect to any bodily injury, illness, death, medical treatment, loss or property damage that may arise from, or in connection to, any services received from TOAST Nebraska, Nebraska Winery and Grape Growers Association, Nebraska Wines, Stinson Park, Noddle Companies, Advanced Association Management, affiliated partners, all affiliated and participating wineries, vendors, and sponsors.
