2026 Holiday TOAST Winery Registration

Description

Holiday Toast Nebraska Wine Festival, presented by the Nebraska Winery & Grape Growers Association, is a one-day celebration of Nebraska Wines! 

The majority of Nebraska Wineries will be in attendance, offering 80+ wines to sample. The event will also include educational sessions, shopping, food, and music!

Wineries will receive

• 20 x 20 Booth Space
• Electrical access
• Secure Wi-fi access
• Three 8-foot tables
• Access to ice throughout the event
• Volunteer tickets as needed
• All participating wineries will get digital and printed promotional items to advertise the event

Once your registration is complete, make sure to submit yout SDL Local Recommendation form. Please review the event information, complete the winery-specific sections, sign the form, and return it to staff@nebraskawines.org by October 2, 2026.

NWGGA will submit the completed forms to the Grand Island City Clerk and coordinate payment for each winery. Once locally approved, we’ll return the signed form to you to upload with your SDL application through the NLCC POSSE portal.

After your final SDL is issued, please:

• Email a copy to NWGGA for our records.
• We will print a copy to display at your booth during Holiday TOAST.

SDL Reminders:

• Event contact should be the primary person who will be onsite and responsible for your booth during the event.
• NWGGA will submit the completed forms to the Grand Island City Clerk and coordinate payment for each winery.
• Once locally approved, NWGGA will return the signed form to your winery. You must then upload it and complete your individual SDL application through the NLCC POSSE portal.
• When completing the state application, select Tasting, Wine by the Glass, and On/Off Bottle Sales if you intend to offer all three.
• Once your final SDL is issued, please email a copy to staff@nebraskawines.org and bring a printed copy to display at your booth during Holiday TOAST.
